My dear friends and fellow 41ers across India and around the globe,
It is with immense pride and heartfelt joy that I welcome you to the newly launched website of the Association of 41 Clubs of India. This digital platform is more than just a website – it’s a window into the very heart and soul of our Association. A space that beautifully reflects not just who we are, but why we are.We are a movement born out of the unbreakable bonds of friendship, a continuation of the spirit we first discovered in Round Table. When we turned 40,we didn’t hang up our boots; we simply changed gear, embarking on a new journey filled with purpose, passion, and camaraderie.
From humble beginnings in India in the 1980s, our Association has grown into a thriving family of over 4,200 members across 300+ clubs, spanning every corner of our great nation. Our members come from diverse walks of life – CEOs, entrepreneurs, traders, professionals – yet the timeless values of fellowship, community service, and fun unite us. What binds us is the joy of giving and the warmth of belonging. We are a family rich in memories and meaningful in purpose. 41ing is a movement with a heart that beats for humanity.
The world knows us for our laughter and legendary camaraderie, but behind that cheer lies a serious commitment to nation-building. Our flagship project, FreedomThrough Digital Education (FTDE), is transforming lives one classroom at a time.With over 500 digital classrooms already set up in rural and urban India, we areensuring that no child is left behind in the digital age. Through initiatives like ‘ShareYour Joy’ (SYJ), we touch lives with smaller acts of service that carry greatmeaning and make a significant impact.
We’re not alone in this journey. Our spouses, the Tangents, walk with us every step of the way, adding strength, energy, and grace to everything we do. Their commitment and independent initiatives are the backbone of our success. Fellowship remains our heartbeat, and every event – whether it’s AGMs, Area Mid-Terms, FAMIT, or the fun of cricket tournaments and karaoke nights – is a burst of energy, unity, and joy. No one celebrates quite like a 41er, across states, across tongues, and across timelines. We are united in joy, and our bond grows stronger with each passing day.
This year marks a historic moment for our Association. For the first time, 41International has an Indian President – our very own Dr. Siddharthan. It’s a proudmoment for every Indian 41er and a clear sign that our voice is resonating globally.Our future is also being shaped today through the Young Ambassadors Program(YAP), which opens global doors for our children, offering them cultural exchange, global exposure, and friendships that transcend borders.
With this new website, we aim to create a seamless, vibrant platform for updates, inspiration, and connections. Alongside, our digital magazine ‘SELFIE’ captures the pulse of our journey – from FTDE and SYJ to mother and child projects, new club charters, and the pride of representing India in Iceland. Every frame, every story, is shared with color and spirit, reflecting the essence of our Association.
Our governance remains strong and structured, divided into 10 Areas, each led by an Area Chairman. We function through accountability and democratic decision-making, ensuring that every initiative is thoughtfully discussed and every voice is heard. Our National Executive (NEX) board meets five times a year, upholding both structure and spirit.
As President, I say this with conviction: it’s a privilege to be a 41er. The energy is high, the impact is real, and the brotherhood is stronger than ever. Whether you’re a longtime member or a retiring table, welcome to our world – a world where friendship never ends, service never stops, and memories never fade.
