  3. President Message

My dear friends and fellow 41ers across India and around the globe,

Vivek Mata

It is with immense pride, humility and a deep sense of responsibility that I take over as President of 41 INDIA for 2026–2027.

To be entrusted with the leadership of an organisation that has been built over decades by countless 41ers is a privilege that I accept with gratitude. I am conscious that this office is not about an individual — it is about the collective strength, spirit and aspirations of the entire 41 INDIA family.

Our journey for the year ahead begins with one simple belief: our greatest strength lies in being together.

Together Towards Tomorrow

The theme for the year, “Together Towards Tomorrow,” reflects that belief.

41 INDIA is not merely an organisation of clubs. It is a family built over decades on the values of Fellowship, Friendship, Service and Leadership. Across our 10 Areas and numerous clubs, thousands of 41ers contribute in their own way to making this organisation what it is today.

The year ahead will therefore be about all of us — strengthening our organisation, creating greater participation, building meaningful fellowship and preparing 41 INDIA for the future.

FTDE — Our National Project

One of the most important priorities of the year will be FTDE — Freedom Through Digital Education, our National Project.

What began as an initiative to digitally empower government schools has grown into a movement with a much larger purpose — giving children access to technology, quality educational content and a better learning environment.

Our endeavour will be to take FTDE to 275 plus more schools during 2026–27, working with clubs, Areas, corporates, CSR partners and like-minded organisations.

Every smart classroom we create is more than a television or a digital box. It represents an opportunity, a possibility and a better future for a child.

And that is the kind of impact we should aspire to create through 41 INDIA.

Strengthening Our Clubs

Our clubs are the heart of 41 INDIA.

A strong National Board is important, but a strong 41 INDIA can only be built when every club is vibrant, active and engaged.
During the year, there will be a conscious effort towards consolidating our existing clubs, supporting clubs that need assistance, encouraging greater fellowship and participation, and creating an environment where members look forward to being part of 41 INDIA.

At the same time, we will actively encourage extension and the formation of new clubs, so that the 41 family continues to grow.

Growth, however, should never be measured only in numbers. It should be measured in participation, friendships created, lives touched and leaders developed.

Fellowship — The Soul of 41

At the core of everything we do is fellowship.

Programs, meetings, projects and conferences are important, but the relationships we build through them are what remain with us.

We will therefore continue to create opportunities for 41ers and their families to connect, travel, celebrate, learn and simply spend time with one another.

Because sometimes the greatest achievement of an organisation is not what appears in a report — it is the friendship that lasts a lifetime.

Building the 41 INDIA of Tomorrow

The organisation must continuously evolve.

We need to embrace technology, communicate better, create more opportunities for young 41ers, develop future leaders and make our organisation more accessible and relevant to the next generation.

Our 41 Academy is being introduced this year and will play an important role in developing leadership and sharing knowledge, with 41ers themselves contributing their expertise and experience for the benefit of others.

There is immense talent within our organisation. The year ahead should be about bringing that talent together and giving it a platform.

One 41 INDIA

Perhaps the most important objective of the year will be to strengthen the feeling of One 41 INDIA.

Different Areas. Different clubs. Different backgrounds. Different generations.

But one family.

Let us celebrate our differences while remaining united by the values that brought us together in the first place.

I would like every 41er to feel that he has a role to play in taking this organisation forward.

  • Do not wait for an invitation to contribute.
  • Do not wait for a position to lead.
  • Do not wait for someone else to make a difference.

There is a place for every 41er in the journey ahead.

As I begin this journey, I seek the support, guidance and blessings of our seniors, the cooperation of our National Board and Area Chairmen, the enthusiasm of our club leaders and, most importantly, the participation of every 41er across the country.

Let us make this a year of purpose with participation, leadership with humility, growth with responsibility and fellowship with warmth.

Together, let us strengthen what we have, build what we need and create something that the next generation of 41ers will be proud to inherit.

Together Towards Tomorrow.

With warm regards

Vivek Mata
